Very Reverend Canon Thomas J. Skindeleski was born in 1945, attended Catholic elementary and secondary schools in the Philadelphia Archdiocese. B.A., St. Mary's College; Masters in Secondary Educational Administration, University of Detroit; Masters of Divinity, St. Charles Seminary, Philadelphia; Ordained May 15, 1971, Chaplain, teacher, H.S. Principal. First pastorate in 1983; second in 1990.

Pastor at O.L. Queen of the Apostles, Royal Palm Beach in July, 2000. Appointed Pastor of  St. Vincent Ferrer in November, 2005. Member of the Palm Beach Diocese Priest Personnel Advisory Board, Diocesan Presbyteral Council, Diocesan Vicar Forane for South Palm Beach County, Adjunct Chaplain Palm Beach County Jail, Member Advisory Board Pope John Paul II H.S. in Boca Raton, Member of the Board of Directors of Guatemalan Tomorrow Foundation. Named Honorary Canon of Radom Cathedral, June, 2007.
